The oldest Pub on Poole Quay, the Poole Arms with its distinctive green tiling dates from the 1600s. What could be better on a nice sunny day than sitting outside with a bottle of wine and some lovely fresh seafood? Bob and Maureen have a clearly defined view of how fish should be eaten and present beautifully simple dishes with new potatoes and peas, either pan fried, poached or oven baked without a chip in sight.
